Please find below the information requested in your letter of August
17:
1. As-built plans for water and sewer are enclosed.
2. The plats for the property are enclosed.
3. The water and sewer lines were provided by the developer and
dedicated to the City of Lewisville.
4. Lewisville has not prepared a quantity value for water or sewer
service. This item would be negotiated within the contract.
However, the City of Lewisville's master plan indicated the line
sizes required to service the area east of Denton Tap Road and north
of Denton Creek.
5. The current water and sewer rates are enclosed.
6. The line sizes were determined in our updates of the Water and
Wastewater master plans. Density and projected use were determining
factors in the sizing of lines.
