Dear Mr. Bacchus:
This letter is to acknowledge the receipt of Lewisville's Proposal
for providing water and sewer service to the area being released to
the City of Coppell which is North of Denton Creek.
The Coppell City Staff are in the process of reviewing the three
alternatives. Toassist us in completing our review, there are five
items that we are requesting;

As-built plans for the water and sewer lines that are in
existence.

The plats which have been approved by the Lewisville City
Council that effect this area.
How were the water and sewer lines funded?
What is Lewisville's proposal regarding the number of gallons
per day to be provided?
5)
What is the current water and sewer rate for Lewisville and
also the wholesale water rate.
Could you also provide us with any information that you utilized to
determine the size of the lines required to service this area.
Upon receipt of the items we would like to review them, and shortly
thereafter schedule a meeting between both of our staff for
discussion and, if needed, to answer any further questions.
