Vista Ridge - Mike Allen's Concerns
I have contacted Phil Deaton of Dannebaum Engineering~638-0145~ in
regards to the above reference. Mr. Deaton is the project engineer
for the development and stated that the approved plans received
from the regulatory agencies did not include any diversion dams.
Mr. Deaton stated that concerns over low flows creating stagnant
pools of water would not occur as flows from their project could
be directed to supplement the main channel flow.
If this does not ease Mr. Allen's concerns, please advise and further
information will be ascertained.
