1) Show the 20' drainage easements.
2) Show right-of-way for all streets.
3) Show the names of all streets.
4) The alley connection between Lots 35 and 36 Blk D should be moved to between Lots 31
and 32 Blk D.
5) You should consider a wider street entrance for Lyndsie Drive because it's the main entrance
into the subdivision.
6) Extend 8" waterline in Lyndsie Drive to tie into existing 12" in Vista Ridge Blvd.
7) Ten foot minimum size inlets are required at low points. If any four foot inlets are still
remaining, they will be evaluated when the plans are reviewed.
