Date: March 5, 1997
The City has received a letter from Derek Earle dated February 26, 1997 for early release of
permits for model construction on Vistas of Coppell Phase 2A. The Engineering and Fire
Departments comments have been addressed as well as the Planning Department's concerns
regarding the final plat and the Homeowner Deed Restriction/Agreement.
The lots being requested for early release are: lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8 Block F. A copy of the
letter requesting early release is included for your information. The lots for Phase 2A have
water and sewer services in place. Since the Engineering Department's comments have been
complied with, we have no objection to early releases on Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 8 Block F being
granted by the Building Inspection Department.

Revised Early Model Release Request
Dear Ken:
Construction has been completed on Phase 2A of Vistas of Coppell and we are awaiting final
punchlist items for acceptance of the subdivision. We anticipate completion of all items within 1
week. We would like to request early release of permits for model construction so that we may
begin our building program as soon as possible. We are aware that Certificates of Occupancy
cannot be issued for any of the homes until the City has accepted the subdivision. The following
list (in order of priority) constitutes the releases we are requesting:

8 F Construction Trailer
1 F Construction Trailer (Home of the Future)
2 F "Home of the Future"
4 F Sales Center
5 F Model Home
6 F Model Home
