Storm Sewer Line "A" extension
Dear Mr. Campbell:
I appreciate you and Mike Martin meeting with me last Wednesday onsite to look at the
outfall ditch and headwall on Line "A". As we discussed, we plan to remove the existing
headwall and extend the existing storm sewer pipe south to intercept the existing drainage
ditch which flows fi:om the 121 Bypass. Terry Mitchell, with Carter-Burgess Engineers,
will include this in the Vistas Phase 3 preliminary plat and plans to be submitted soon.
Centex would like to have Final plans by August 1998 and begin onsite work
mediately thereafter. Terry Mitchell believes he can satisfy city drainage requirements
with the redesign to be submitted while saving some nice trees.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and I look forward to working with the city
on Vistas Phase 3.
