Maintenance Bond
Dear Robby:
The City of Coppell has recently completed the two year inspection of paving, drainage, water
and sanitary sewer facilities in referenced project. Listed below are items that must be
addressed prior to our final acceptance of these facitlites.
1. Ponding North side of Waterview and Bella Vista intersection and at 645 Bella Vista,
both sides of the street.
2. Failures at 434, 442, 517, 518, :521,522, :525 and 526 Waterview.
3. Corner of alley broken east of 442 Waterview.
4. Services leaks at 545 and 609 Claremont and 641 Waterview.
5. Rout and seal random cracks.
Please notify this office prior to beginning these corrections so that we may have a
representative present.
