Replacement Ballfields Project
Wagon Wheel Park

Attached is the "Water Line Layout" plan sheet for the referenced Project. This is the only
Work which involves City of Coppell utilities.
On March 15, we gave preliminary plans for the Project (which did not include this water
line sheet) to Hisaw & Associates, the Contractor for Wagon Wheel Park- Phase I. This was
done so they could get a head start on their takeoffs and estimates from the plans. If their
prices are in line, the intent is to accomplish the critical portions of the Replacement
Ba,,fie,ds Proiect .y change order to their existing contract with the City.
C.O. the next day. If acceptable, it will be put on the agenda this Thursday, March 23, for
consideration at the March 28 City Council Meeting.
If you can expedite the review and comment process for this plan sheet, it will greatly help
this accelerated design/pricing process.
