I've got 2 situations that .need to be addressed in reference to maintenanc,~ bonds.
One situation, consisting of two addresses, is duo to expire in the next week, so we need
to try to get this resolved as soon. as possible.
The first is in .reference to 704 and 705 Lyndsie. The maintenance bond on these lwo is
due to expire on May 26, 2000. These two addresses have been an issue since Ausust
1999, If this one has been resolved, please let me know. I'm following up on some
previous requests.
Thc second set of addresses within a community are 6?8 Hollow Ridge Place,
located within the Hollows of NorthJake Woodlands. Wc were told by the developer,
Steve Pasons, that Site Concrete was responsible t'or'this. Their contact number and
p~rson is James Bollier at 972-313-0733.
Thc second address is at Sera and Crestview. Gary Price states the meter is
leaning and needs to be fixed as well.
This is the information as I am told. It was explained to me it is inspectors that
handle situations like this, so I just wanted to pass thc information on to you so that they,,
whoever it may be, could be aware of these situations.
Don't forget, the first two addresses will fall out of maintenance bond in about I
week. IfI need to give you more information, or need to give it to someone else, let me
know.
