Ken,
I wanted to detail our conversation this moming. I spoke with Grayson Wales-Centex Homes yesterday
on the stakes that were put inside my backyard to "stake" my fence for the 4' X 32' variance that he
spoke with you on many months ago.
I have two Plat Maps of my home...one is showing a revision date of 3-2-00...this version takes off a
"tremendous piece" of my backyard! The latest Plat Map revision date that I have is 7-5-00. The latest
Plat Map shows that it reduces my useable backyard by 88 square feet or a 4' X 32' variance.
Would you make this revised Plat Map available to Mike Martin-City of Coppell Engineer. When Mike and
Gary Sieb were at my home last week, they did an "estimated staking" of my fence from the outside of
the yard. Their "estimated staking" does not match up with where the stakes actually are inside my yard!
In other words, their staking reduces my usable backyard by much more than 88 square feet.
