Subject: My backyard fence relocation
Dear Mr. Martin,
As we spoke of today, I will be relocating my backyard fence in the next
few months. I am attaching a copy of the revised Plat Map that I was given by
Grayson Wales of Centex Homes. Mr. Wales said that T.W. Barrow of Fort
Worth were the people who did the revised Plat Survey on my property.
Please note that this survey shows that my fence will be relocated to
coincide with the 4' X 32' variance that Mr. Wales spoke with Ken Griffin-City of
Coppell Engineer on.
If there are any questions or concerns, please contact me ASAP.
