If this differs from your understanding, please notify us within five working days. 1. Utility conflict and relocations havc been takcn care of. New storm drain line at Sandy Lake Rd. is in question by the contractor. Gary claims the grades will not work for drainage. FNI will verify in the field. Alan and Scott concluded to remove the temporary pipe at Sandy Lake Rd., and add a permanent inlet on the west side of the road at the end of the switch station property due to discovery of an unknown drainage swale draining toward Coppell Rd. Ken is concerned about the 900 feet to the nearest inlet from Sandy Lake Rd. Also, hc is concerned about the capacity of the street for that large of area/distance. He requested FNI look at adding another permanent inlet on the west side of the road or to re-evaluate the street capacity to insure no flooding. See above solution. New sheet was delivered to Mike Martin on July 17th. The tip-rap placement in the channel, near Westminster Way, has proceeded and should be completed around July 19m or 20'". There arc concerns fwm Larry about the mount of grout that was used and if the new rip-rap is suitable. City has not approved the appearance of the new rip-rap and grouting. The resident on the east side of the channel is concerned about the lack of tip-rap at the bend of the channel. Larry asked about the grades between the box culvert and the wall on the east side, and the drop inlet located between the wall and the box culvert. FNI wil evaluate this today after site visit. FNI determined the spot elevations on the plans are correct, and that the area need to be filled against the wall, and graded to drain to the proper areas as shown on the plans. Sidewalk near Mansion' s drive cannot be maintained 5' near power pole. h was concluded to keep the sidewalk at 4' on both sides on Mansion's Drive. After lengthy discussion, it was determined that all parties meet w/Tony Martin (r~. For The Mansions) on Friday, July 14'~, to determine a suitable solution for the median and area around the fountain at the drive entrance.
