3. Progress Meetings:

4. Contract: has been signed and distributed as of 8-2-01
5. Notice To Proceed:
Issue date August 7, 2001, indicating June 2, 2002 contract expiration date
6. Schedule of Values:
Contractor submit to Architect for review on AIA G703 no later than August 17, 2001.
7. Application for Payment:
Submit on AIA G702.
Through the 15a' day of each month
Submitted by the 25*
10% retainage
30 day minimum for owner's processing.. Submit partial release of liens from subcontractors for
each payment of $5,000 or more.
Checks will be mailed to contractor.
8. Construction Schedule:
Submit initial copy to Architect no later than August 22, 2001. Request weather related delays
within 7 days of the event. Notify if owner or architect is slowing progress of work. Submittals
and shop drawings should be done in a timely fashion with clarification information being returned
as quickly as possible.
9. Submittals and Shop Drawings:
Submit per project manual. Clearly identify with a unique specification number and submittal
number, subcontractor, area of project to be used and other pertinent data. Contractor to stamp
indicating he has reviewed and agrees with the submittal. Contractor shall identify if the submittal
has a critical time frame.
10. Change Order Process:
Change Order Proposals shall be addressed to the architect, who shall pass approved C.O.'s onto
the owner. Contractor shall not perform any unauthorized work until a change order has been
approved by the city.
No modification to the contract days are intended by any Supplemental Instructions by the
architect. Any extension of time will come through the change order process.

11. Inspections:
All notifications by the general contractor. City inspections, including any special tests by the Fire
Marshall will be as required.
Building Inspections shall be scheduled 48 hours in advance
Schedule after hours work with Larry Davis with 48 hours notice. A charge of $30.00 per hour
will be charged to the contractor, for overtime.~_
12. Construction Documents:
Owner will supply one Copy of C.D's, contractor will make additional copies as necessary.
13. Record Documents:
Contractor to maintain one clean set of working drawings, specs, supplemental drawings, shop
drawings, etc. Update as required. Shall be kept current and easily accessible.
14. Subcontractors:
Contractor shall supply a list of all subcontractors which he intends to utilize on the project, for
approval by the city, by August 17, 2001.
15. Noise Ordinance:
Contractor shall abide by the Noise Ordinance unless specific approval outherwise has been
obtained. Normal working hours are between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Mon.-Fri.
16. Job Trailer:
Owner requests space for files, desk, phone
17. Project Access:
Keep parking/congestion to a minimum along Coppell Road with signage as necessary to warn
travelers on Coppell Rd.
Fire Lanes shall be completed prior to going above slab with any building
Keep Fire Lanes clear during contruction.
