METHOD OF SELECTION From the Proposals received it is our opinion that VAI & Associates provided the most concise, well researched, most easily read and best presented information. VAI has experience in providing similar services to clients like the City of Coppell and they provided what appears to be a time-line for completion of the project which would best meet the needs of the city. VAI & Associates demonstrated a clear understanding of the project by including a Landscape Architect and a Construction Cost Manager on the design team along with the necessary engineers and building architects. This shows that the site will not be excluded fi.om consideration while siting the building or the laying out of the necessary site elements. The others submitting proposals are ranked as follows: 2. Ron Hobbs Architects 3. KOFDW Architects 4. Isaac Molina, AIA Architect 5.
