1. Public buildings and facilities are permitted by right in the agriculture district.
However, the Comprehensive Master plan shows the property as suitable for
public and institutional uses. Planning staff suggests that proper zoning should[
be determined for this property. SF?? PD???
2. Correct zoning on Elsie Edwards tract to PD-SF-12.
3. Verify that Director of Planning has authority to adopt this plat designating it
Lot 1, Block 1 of Coppell Service Center.
4. The Mayor should adopt this plat not Gary Sieb, Director of Planning. (See
attachment)
