Company proposes to place a 8"
line within the Fighbof-way of Future S.H. 121 Bypass in Dallas County,
Texas as follows: (give location, length, general design, etc.)
For a 12" X 8" tappling sleeve and valve connection to an existing 12' water line located
approximately 4' behind south back of curb of future S. H. 121 Bypass (east bound 1ayes)
approximately 60' east of intersection of Ridgeaont Orive and future S.' H. 121 Bypas~ per
the City of Coppell construction standards and as stated in the attached plans.
'~e line wiU be constructed &nd maintained on the highway Fight-of-way as shown on the attached d~*awing and in
accordance with the rules, regulations and policies of the Tezas Department of Transportation (TzDOT), and all
governing laws, including but not limitad to the "Federal Clean Water Act," the "Federal Eudanfered Species Act," and
the "Federal Historic Preservation Act~* Upon request by TxDOT, proof of compliance with aH governing laws, rules, and
regulations will be submitted to TxDOT before commencement of construction-
Our firm will nee Best Management Pl*acttces to minimize eFceion and sedimentation resulting ~rom the proposed
installation, and we wffi revefetata the project area as indicated under 'Revefetation Special PToviaions."
Our firm will insure that traffic control measures complTinf with applicable portions of the Tez~s M~ara~ of UAi~orm
7'raffic Control Deo/~f$ will be installed and maintained for the duration of this installation.
