Vistas of Coppdl, Phase HI, Preliminary Plat, to allow the
development of a 81 lot residential subdivision located along the
south side of Spur 553 (also known as Vista Ridge Blvd.), east of
Denton Tap Road, and north of Denton Creek, at the request of
Carter & Burgess, Inc.

Preliminary Plat Comments:
1. Any access to the state highway will also require TxDOT approval.
2. The 20 foot drainage easement between Lots 16 & 17, Block C should be drawn to
the correct scale.
3. The correct visibility easement should be shown.
4. Label the area at the end of the cul-de-sac between Lots 14 & 15, Block C. Is it
common area, right-of-way, part of the lots, etc.?
