Re: Bond for Walgreens Project
Dear Mr. Martin:
Attached please find two drafts of the proposed bonds. One is for erosion control and the
other for maintenance as required by the City of Coppell. The erosion control bond can only
be issued in one year increments; a renewal notice will be sent thirty days prior to its expiration
at which time it will be renewed for another one year period.
The representative at Ha~ord would like the appropriate person with the City to review the
enclosed and to make any comments, if any. because once the original bonds are issued
changes are very difficult. Please fax any comments to me and I will forward them to our
representative at Hartford. If you approve the bond forms, please let me know so I can
proceed with the issuance of the original bonds. Thank you for all your assistance in this
matter.
