Warren Addition-CS 870919 ~~WARREN CT CULDESAC PROJECT. SEP 19 General Notes · 1. The two portions of the culdesac will be constructed on either side of an existing concrete street which has curb and gutter. 2. The curb will be saw cut by 18" from back of curb. 3. Reinforcement connection to the existing slab will be by lapping new steel with existing a minimum of 18 rounds or 12 inches. If steel does not exist doweling will be required. 4. Saw joints for the control of cracking will be required every 20' to 25' minimum. Ail joints will be sealed. 5. All construction shall conform to ~the City of Coppell's Standard Construction Details. 6. A one year maintenance bond will be required upon acceptance of this project. The bond shall be 10% of the total project. Contractor will provide certification and verification that the project is free of liens prior to payment and acceptance of the project. 7. Contractor must maintain access to the residence at the end of Warren Drive at all times. Street closure will nOt be permitted. 8. Location of all utilities will be the sole responsibility of the contractor. 9. The contractor will be responsible for grades to meet the specifications on the plans. 10. After award of the contract, the contractor will provide owner with Certificate of Insurance. 11. Contractor will be required to furnish borrow on this project. 12. Block out will be furnished for the hydrant valve. Do not move. Will probably have to be lowered. 13. Hydrant to be relocated north of its present location within the 10' utility easement and 3' beyond the edge of the proposed 40' radius pavement by the City of Coppell.
