Walgreens-CS 970506 The C'ty ' ' Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 May 6, 1997 Lynn Myer Dowdey Anderson & Assoc., Inc. 16250 Dallas Pkwy, Ste. 100 Dallas, TX 75248 RE: Walgreens Dear Mr. Myer: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. The plans for the left turn lane and median opening on Parkway Blvd. needs to be submitted with these plans for approval. 2. The drainage ditch to the west of this development should be regraded such that the side slopes are 4:1. 3. The offsite drainage easement needs to be shown as a 20' wide easement. 4. Provide a profile view of the 27" RCP west of the development and for the street inlet lateral adjacent to Parkway Blvd. 5. Show the fire hydrant locations. The locations must be approved by the Fire Marshal. Call Travis Crump at (972)304-3503. 6. Provide a waste water access device on the sanitary sewer service line. 7. Show the locations of the Siamese connection. This needs to be approved by the Fire Marshal. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
