It has recently come to the City's attention that Warren Addition has not been annexed into the
Municipal Utility District. Until the annexation takes place, no building permits will be issued
for the Warren Subdivision. Therefore, no fees should be accepted for this subdivision.
A fee letter was sent out on January 17, 1994. However, please be advised that no fees should
be accepted for this subdivision until such time as the issue surrounding the MUD has been
resolved.
