This memo is written as a follow-up to my telephone with Mike Hodge on
February 16, 1994. It was recently discovered that the Addition has not been annexed
into the Municipal Utility District. Therefore, no available sewer at this time for the
seven lots proposed in this subdivision. Until notice, no building permits should be
issued for the Warren Addition.
