Dear Robby:
The City of Coppell has recently completed the two year inspection of paving, drainage, water
and sanitary sewer facilities in the referenced project. Listed below are items that must be
addressed prior to our final acceptance of these facilities.
1. Ponding in the alley behind 532 and 620 Forest Hill Dr.
2. Alley failures behind 664 Forest Hill and 332 Waterview.
3. Water service leaks at 704 and 705 Lyndsie.
4. Seal random cracks.
5. Patch clay ball holes.
6. Remove concrete spillage from streets and alleys.
Please notify this office prior to beginning these repairs so that we may have a representative
present.
