RE: Vistas of Coppell Phase 1B
Dear Mr. Mitchell:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
Paving and Grading Plans
1. The proposed channel is to be maintained by the Homeowner's Association.
2. Provide a note stating alley pavement to be warped toward inlet.
3. Show the high and low points on all the paving plan views.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. Once these comments have been
addressed, the marked up plans along with two revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the
