As you arc axvarc, xve arc rcaching completion of Vistas of Coppcll. Phascs IA as~d 2B. Although
the models, trailer, etc. for Phase 2 xverc released as part of the Phase 2A development. Phase 1 is
a different product line which xvill have a different model complex. We are therefore requcsting
early release of 3 lots in Phase I for a sales trailer and for thc 2 modcls. Thc lots being requested
arc as follows:
Block M. Lot 5 Sales Trailer location
Block M. Lots 2 & 3 Model Home location
If the release of the lots for the model homes is not possible, the Sales Trailer location xxould be
most beneficial. The plats for all of thc above phases have been filed and I anticipate acceptance
of thc public improvements xvithin 30 days.
