RE: Vistas of Coppell, Phase 1A
Early Model release
Dear Ken:
As you are aware, we are reaching completion of Vistas of Coppell, Phases lA and 2B.
Although the models, trailer, etc. for Phase 2 were released as part of the Phase 2A development,
Phase 1 is a different product line which will have a different model complex. We are therefore
requesting early release of 3 lots in Phase 1 for a sales trailer and for the 2 models. Ihe lots
being requested are as follows:
Block L, Lot 1 Sales Trailer location
Block L, Lots 2 & 3 Model Home location
If the release of the lots for the model homes is not possible, the Sales Trailer location would be
most beneficial. The plats for all of the above phases have been filed and I anticipate acceptance
of the public improvements within 30 days.
