Construction Plans
Dear Mr. Curuthers:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to
offer:
Drainaae and Utilities Plans
1. Provide a 2" Blowoff valve outside the pavement on Claremont Dr. Also provide a mainline
valve on Forest Hill Dr. as indicated on sheet 3 of 8.
2. Who will maintain the proposed open channel? Also a letter from adjacent property owner to
allow for offsite grading of ditch.
3. Provide a flowline profile of proposed open channel.
4. Provide concrete collars at all storm drainage pipe size changes.
5. The side slopes of open channel ditch should be 4: 1.
6. Provide baffles for the outfall structure for storm drain "kine F".
7. Provide an additional easement at the northeast corner of kot 30. Block N for the encroachment
of storm drainage system "Line G".
8. Provide additional haybales/silt fence in proposed temporary open channel for erosion control.
Paving and Gradin~ Plan
1. On the grading plan. indicate the lot grading type for each lot.
2. Provide proposed/existing grades on the northside of alley at the rear of Block M.
