The quantities for the concrete tree well and the stone veneer are based upon the revised channel
plan sheet issued by Freese Nichols, Inc. Our additional time requirement to complete the work
associated with option 1 is fifteen (15) calendar days and for option 2 is twenty one (21) calendar
days.
