It has come to my attention that the calculation of construction inspection fees for Vistas of
Coppell, Phase lA and 2B included the cost of the maintenance bonds. Since we do not
collect inspection fees for bonds, the result is an overpayment of fees in the amount of
$291.20. Please refund this amount to: Centex Homes/Dallas North Division
