These are informational comments and should have no bearing on the approval of the plat:
1. Any access to the state highway will also require TxDOT approval.
2. The right-of-way for Forest Hill should be dedicated. Also, the median will be a
common area maintained by the HOA.
3. The center median of the round about should be circular. The actual layout and
details will be approved during the plan review.
