Dear Mr. Collins:
As requested, we have checked the alignment of the top of slab elevations in the vicinity of the
PI and PT locations on the east-west portion of the project. Enclosed for your records are the
horizontal alignment shots for the recently constructed pavement and the planned horizontal
alignment at the same locations. As you can see from the enclosed data, the deviations noted are
insignificant and the data indicates that the road has been installed with the proper alignment.
