Dear Mr. Davis:
Pursuant to our phone conversation May 6, 1992, it is our understanding
that the following items remain to be completed before a letter of
acceptance will be issued by the City of Goppell for the utility
improvements (repairs) on the referenced project.
1. You are to meet with the Gontractor, S&S Utility Gontracting
Company, Inc., at the site to review the repaired manholes.
(Leaking manholes were repaired by S&S Utility Contracting Company
May 2-4).
2. You are to receive and review a corrected video tape of a portion
of the sanitary sewer TV inspection from Construction Laser & Supply
Company. (A portion of the video tape of the TV inspection
performed by Construction Laser & Supply Company on April 18th and
20th was not vtewable).
It is our understanding that you are meeting with S&S Utility
Contracting Company tomorrow, Friday, May 8th regarding the manholes.
And, in speaking with Mr. Jim Zurlis of Construction Laser & Supply
Company, we understand they will provide you with a corrected video
tape by Tuesday, May 12th, for your reveiw. In view of this schedule,
it is our hope to receive the letter of acceptance by Friday, ~y 15th.
