Final Acceptance for Sanitary Sewer Repair Only
Dear Mr. Chapman:
A final inspection of the above referenced project has been confirmed by
representatives of the City of Coppell.
The sanitary sewer has been verified and is in compliance with the City of
Coppell standard requirements. Erosion protection will also be maintained
until bond expiration.
The one-year maintenance bond has been received oa the repaired portion of
the sanitary sewer and as-built drawings have been received from the
contractor. Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the date of this
letter (April 29, 1993}. Special provisions related to the installation
and repair of the water meter setters and boxes has been received. (See
attached}

Dear Mr. Davis:
Attached herewith for your use are one (1) set of mylars and
two (2) sets of prints of the Record Drawings for remedial
work performed ~o the existing sanitary sewer improvements
on the referenced project. Each set includes the final
plat, water and sewer plan, and sanitary sewer profiles.
It is our understanding that all construction has been
satisfactorily completed, the Contractor has submitted a
maintenance bond, and that submittal of the Record Drawings
will permit you to release a letter of acceptance for the
remedial work performed.
