Dear Steve:
A review of the VHS tape and report for the TV ~nspect~on
of the san~ta~ sewer s2stem at Naters~de Estates, Phase
~, perfo~ed b~ Construction Laser & Suppl~ ~nc. on Narch
30th and 31st, ~nd~cates the fol]ow~ng deficiencies exist:
1. Service to Lot 20, B]ock B ~s leaking.
2. Hud, sand, grave] and broken p~pe debris ~s ~n the s~ste~.
3. Between stations 4+68 and 5+29, L~ne C the p~pe ~s not
pushed home, p~pe
~n the p~pe.
4.The p~pe at the service to Lot 7, Block B is not comp]etel~
in the tee.
Please correct these deficiencies at the earliest possible
t~me and have a TV ~nspect~on performed, at ~our expense,
in accordance w~th Special ~nstruct~on No. 21 of the Owner-
Contractor agreement, for review and acceptance b~ the C~t~
of Coppell. (Zt is our understanding that ~ou have obtained
a cop~ of the VHS tape and report from Construction Laser
& Suppl~, Znc.)

Mr. Larry Davis requests that you notify him as to when
you will commence back to work to correct these items and
coordinate the additional TV inspection with him. Please
also inform me of your schedule to complete the work.
