FNI will clarify wall design for the tree well so EB can price the options at the channel.
EB has agreed to help the Mansions residents with signage.
The City has requested that EB keep all signage fully operational.
The traffic control plan ~or Vhases III and IV submitted by EB will need council approval.
EB estimates two months needed per phase for construction.
Subconwactor can achieve two feet of clearance between the waterline and box culvert. This
work will commence next Friday.
Time remaining on the contract is running low. EB will submit a letter to the City rcque~l_n_S
more time next week.
The north half of the east west portion from the Mansions double drive entrance to Hwy 121
has been poured. However the City is not pleased with the product due to variations in the
horizontal alignment, lack of a key way at the centerline, non-compliance with City
standards, and significant honeycombing occurrences throughout the pour. The portion at
the beginning of the pour, closest to the Mansions, will be removed and repourcd after the
second-half section is completed.

The City has requested that EB provide them with a detail showing a doweled centedine
joint so they can review.
The City has requested that EB take eight concrete core samples from the cast/west paved
portion for testing and provide these to the City for their review.
10. The City is concerned about the pwduct yielded in future pours.
11. The City will need 48 hours notice prior to any drive construction at the Mansions.

By the end of the week next week, a conclusion will need to be made concerning pavement
correctiorls.
