Weekley Homes, !n,z. is in the process r,f purchasing the
existing sixty (60) lots in the Waterside Estates #1 addition
of Coppell. During a recent meeting, Mr. Larry Daviq stated
the fnllowing ,zonditinns must be corrected prior tn gaining
final ac,-eptance ..z,f the utilities by the City of Coppell:
1. Sanitary Sewer
a. Standing watmr in sections of the sewer main
b. Several servi,-es are leaking and/or have a negative
att i rude
2. Water System
a~ Several water meter b,z, xes are broken and/or missing
b. Several water meter loops are damaged
Alth,-,ugh we understand that the normal procedure would be
nc, n-issuance of building permits until final C'ity acceptance
is granted, we ask that the City work with us by agreeing
the fn!lowing proposal:
1. Weekley Homes, Inc. will commence work within t.hirty
(30) days nf proposal acceptance tn repair the sanitary
sewer system to satisfaction of the City of Coppell. It
is anticipated that these repairs will require four to ~'\~'~"
six (4-6) weeks to complete~ and should not cxccod
~imatcd c,z.~t~ .-.f $5{~,000.
2. Week!ey Homes, Inc. will repair the water meter boxes
and/c,r water meter 1 c, ops ,:oncurrent 1 y with the
construction of a single, family reside.qce on each
affected i,:,t.
