Dear Mr. Fleming:
Enclosed are two sets of reproducable mylars and two blueline
prints of the utility plans for the above subject project. The
plans reflect as-built conditions of placement for utility
improvements, as required by GINN and the City of Coppell. The
contractor for this project, Mid-Cities Construction Co., has
applied to Coppell M.U.D. NO. 1 for final payment and acceptance
of the work.
Please let me know if you need anything else to authorize the
City of Coppell's final letter of acceptance. I would appreciate
receiving a copy of the letter when it is executed.
