Dear Doug:
On Thursday, February 13, 1986, ! met with Gary Burcham, Trent Harp,
Rodney Bowen of Pierce-Lunsford, and Randy Fleming of Ginn, Inc. at the
Valley Ranch Information Center to review four videotapes of the sanitary
sewer lines in t~aterside Estates Phase I. Tapes one and three indicated
several sections of pipe that needed to be removed and replaced. Tapes two
and four showed these same sections after they had been satisfactorily
repaired. At the conclusion of our meeting, Randy Fleming gave his verbal
approval to begin paving operations in ~/aterside Estates Phase I.
Tiseo Paving Company was issued a start-work order with an effective
date of February 17, 1986. They anticipate moving on-site and beginning
construction this week.
