Dear Jeff:
O~ February 6, 1986, Mr. Rodney Bowen with your firm requested that we
review four (4) video tapes of some of the sanitary sewer mains installed by
Mid-Cities Construction Co. within Waterside Estates Phase I in Coppell,
Texas.
A summary of our review is as fo/lows:
1. Line "A" from Manhole Sra. O+OO to Manhole Sra. 1+29 is apparently
not included in any of the tapes provided and, as such, cannot be
reviewed.
2. Line 'A" from Manhole Sra. 1+29 to Manhole Sra. 4+98.54 apes to
have some sections with water standing in the pipe tn depths equal
to and/or greater than one inch. Some areas within this same
section of Line "A" appear to have silt, gravel or other debris
deposlted along the flowltne and several manholes appear to have
water standing in depths equal to and/or greater than c~a inch.
3. Tapes 3 and 4 seem to Indicate a broken section of pipe along Line
"A" between Manhole Sta. 3+17.48 and Manhole Sta 4+98.54. If this
section hms been repa/red, it does not appear to be incb_,_~__~d with
the four tapes provided. Within this same section of Line "A",
there appears to be a segment with water standing in the pipe in
depths of one to four inches.
4. Mud, silt and other debris appear to be deposited along the
flowltne of Line "A" from Manhole Sra. 11+47.68 to twenty feet
clownst~ from this manhole.

sewer system for Waterside Estates Phase I.
