Dear Mr. Hawkins:
At your request, I am writing this letter concerning T.V.
requirements in the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance.
This ordinance in Appendix A, Part III, Sanitary Sewers,
Section A - Policy, Item 16 states: "The City Engineer may
require the Developer (Contractor) to provide a T.V.
examination of the sewer prior to acceptance if the sewer
line is in question. Cost to be borne by Contractor."
Considering the previous films we have viewed of Waterside
Estates Phase I, and considering the problems we have
encountered on this project, we feel additional films of all
sanitary sewer mains is justifiable.
