You indicated there are other fees due, but the amounts have not been determined. As you are aware, we believe that the fees are excessive and represent some duplication of services. Also, the City is in the process of reviewing and possibly reducing the fees. Accordingly, we pay the fees under protest and expressly reserve the right to receive a reimbursement of any excess portion in the event the existing fees are reduced in the future.
