Prior to approval of this submittal and placement on the Council agenda, the following items need to be addressed. 1. Tract designation, abstract, survey, etc. 2. Boundary line of tract. 3. Names of adjacent owners. 4. Names of streets. 5. Indicate easements and/or lands dedicated for public use. 6. Existing zoning of surrounding property. 7. Block indications. 8. Submittals to be on 24" x 36" sheet sizes. 9. Plans of proposed street improvements. 10. "Curved" sanitary sewer mains are not recommended by the City. 11. Hydraulics of lake system and storm sewer system needs to be sho~. 12. SF-9 zoning requires alleys. 13. k~o is responsible for maintaining the lakes and common areas? ghat are proposed lake level elevations? 14. k~ere will electrical, telephone, and cable be located? 15.
