As requested, we have checked the top of slab elevations at the centerline and back of curb for
the concrete pavement poured to date and have enclosed the field notes for your records. The
entries in the C/F columns represent the deviation between planned grades and the existing
grades. As you can see the deviations are generally less than an inch and existing elevations
conform to the proposed drainage pattern established in the plans.
