Per our phone discussion, the purpose of this letter is to request that the
referenced items, presently scheduled for the August 19, P & Z meeting, be
postponed until the next scheduled meeting on September 16. We are
requesting this delay in order to address and hopefully resolve some
outstanding issues with the tract immediately to the east, i.e., the Kroger's tract.
