Our box culvert subcontractor has reviewed the proposed revisions to the channel and has
submitted the following prices for the extra work required by the revisions:

The quantities for the concrete tree well and the stone veneer are based upon the revised channel
plan sheet issued by Freese Nichols, Inc. As stated during our May 25, 2000 progress meeting, it
doesn't appear that the bottom of wall grades on the revised channel plan sheet are correct. Once
corrected, the quantities for the concrete tree well and the stone veneer will probably increase.
We will forward the requested prices for 6" and 8" live oaks when they become available.
Our additional time requirement to complete the work associated with option 1 is fifteen (15)
calendar days and for option 2 is twenty one (21) calendar days. If you have any questions
regarding this information, don't hesitate to contact our office.
