Maier Consulting Engineers, Inc. The plans show a proposed temporary swale along the north side of our property, the purpose of which is to channel storm water runoff from our property into a proposed storm sewer line which will be installed on the adjacent property owned by Waters Edge Joint Venture. We understand that this is a temporary solution intended to serve our property's drainage needs until such time that our property is developed by us or other owners in the future. Please be advised that we have no objection to the construction of this swale. This letter shall in no way obligate Kroger to perform any construction or make any expenditure related to the swale.
