Special Use PermiO to allow a business within a residential structure in a
commercial district and on-site asphalt paving in the Historic Overlay District
located at 416 W. Bethel Road, at the request of Joy Onstott.

1. Driveway radius shall not go beyond property line.
2. What happens to drainage ditch across the fi:ont of the property?
3. Need to talk about the location of proposed driveways.
4. Parking lot maneuvering areas appear to be small. Needs to evaluate vehicle movements h~ ~xldng
lot.
5. Dimension all paving widths.
6. Is this going to be a concrete parking lot?
7. Show location of adjacent driveways.
