The City has received and recorded the warranty deeds for both Freeport Parkway and Wrangler
Drive. Therefore, as I indicated in my January 6, 1998 letter, the City of Coppell officially
accepts Freeport Parkway as a City roadway, including all associated maintenance. Attached are
your copies of the recorded warranty deeds for both Freeport Parkway and Wrangler Drive.
