Dear Ken:
Per our discussion yesterday, the purpose of this letter is to assure that
Matthews Southwest and Waters Edge Joint Venture will provide a drainage
easement through the property south of Pintail Court in order to provide a
connection between the lake west of Teal Lane and the commercial property
at the northwest corner of Sandy Lake and MacArthur. The attached exhibit
illustrates the alignment we project for the easement, but it may be varied
slightly depending on the final lot layout in this area. We understand that the
cost of installing the storm sewer in this easement will be our responsibility.
We appreciate your efforts to work with us on this issue as we attempt to
resolve the drainage issues on this and the adjacent properties.
