Dear Mr. Griffin:
Per our previous conversation, the purpose of this letter is to formally request your permission to
construct model homes on two lots in the referenced addition. These are Lot 1 of Block A and Lot
1 of Block B. These two lots are the first on each side of Teal Lane as it enters the addition off of
MacArthur Boulevard, thus they are immediately adjacent to and accessible by MacA~hur. In
addition, an existing fire hydrant is located in the MacArthur right-of-way immediately south of
Teal Lane, thereby enabling both emergency access and fire protection.
I appreciate your past efforts to work with developers such as me on items of this nature. The
ability to construct model homes while the rest of the site is being developed can make a
tremendous difference in the success of a project, and it is especially significant in this case due to
the potential of completing the models and site infrasuucture by late January, the most critical
marketing period of the year.
